TU-863 is a high Tg200 material made of epoxy resin and electronic glass fiber fabric. It is a halogen-free material, which not only has the characteristics of harsh environment in design,
but also has high reliability applications and superior electrical performance. TU-863 achieves the flammability level of UL94V-0 by adding phosphorus and nitrogen compounds.
The material is compatible with AOI process and has UV shielding properties.
TU-863 is a prepreg for manufacturing multilayer printed circuit boards. TU-863 can also be used for single side/double side applications.
This series of green materials eliminate the use of halogenated resins. Because of the potential harm of environmental problems, halogenated resins have excellent performance.
These products are suitable for circuit boards that need to undergo severe thermal cycles or excessive assembly work.
